What is included in our packages
The price of your travel arrangements includes:
Where specifically detailed, transportation between the Krakow airport and your accommodation.
Where specifically detailed, dental services as shown.
Where specifically detailed, tours and excursions as shown.
Where specifically detailed, care of representative.
Where specifically detailed, other services as shown.
Our clients can make their own travel arrangements, however Dentists In Poland may assist them with the booking of accommodation, transfers, and other excursions at the earlier stated cost but patients will be solely responsible for settling all and any costs arising directly with the service provider/operator. When you book your travel arrangements through external links on our website, your contract for these travel provisions will be with the relevant tour operator, airline, hotelier, etc., and will be subject to their terms and conditions, and Dentists In Poland will have no contractual liability to you for the provision of such travel arrangements.
We can only guarantee to provide the dental treatments confirmed by us at a time of a dental consultation. Access to wide variety of dental treatments listed in our brochure is subject to state of your dental health and dentist’s availability.
It is your sole responsibility to disclose certain personal information, like your personal data, travel plans or health records. You must inform us at least 14 days before commencement of your visit in Krakow, of your flight time and, flight number and your accommodation details in Krakow.
What does the price exclude
The price of your travel arrangements excludes:
Flights.
Individual travel insurance.
Car hire.
Costs of medical or cosmetic services, except those specified as included.
Optional excursions, except those specified as included.
Passport fees and visa fees (where applicable).
All items of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, etc.
Dental services
All dental services are provided by specified clinics which take full responsibility for treatments performed. Dentists In Poland are not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer resulting from the performance of any of these services. The contract for any medical service and all dental work undertaken is directly between the patient and the dental clinic itself. Dentists In Poland are not liable for the work of the dental surgeon or any of the staff at the clinic. The contract between a patient and Dentists In Poland is for the arrangement of the services and other travel services specified in brochures.
All medical prices presented by Dentists in Poland are estimates only: patients will be quoted exact prices of their own treatment plan (which may be higher or lower according to individual requirements) at the clinic. Treatment time and prices can vary and can only be confirmed after initial confirmation. Prices are calculated based on the exchange rate between GBP/EUR and PLN
Your dentist will need to assess your teeth to make sure that you are suitable for the treatment. Our dental clinics have the right to stop dental treatment at any time without any obligation for compensation if you are not mentally or medically fit for the suggested treatment or if your payment obligations are not met. We cannot be held responsible if you are refused the treatment under such circumstances
The Customer shall consult with Dentists In Poland regarding arrival and departure dates before making a reservation as every visit to dental clinic needs to be planned in advance.
The Customer shall provide the results of medical examinations (tooth X-ray etc.) performed at the recommendation of Dentists In Poland.
The dental clinics will provide you with the aftercare instructions and terms & conditions of the medical guarantee. The guarantee is only valid if these instructions are followed.
The Customer is obliged to abide by scheduled dental appointments.
An X ray Panoramic picture is free of charge, only for persons who booked our all in one package.
Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
It is patient’s responsibility to be aware of your passport, Visa and immigration requirements. If you do not obtain a visa where this is required or your passport or any other travel documentation is not in order and you are unable to travel as a result, no deposit will be refunded. Furthermore, we will not accept any responsibility or refund any money in cases where you are unable to travel because of an invalid visa or passport. Non-EU citizens can also check with their embassy or consulate to obtain details of the relevant requirements.
Flights
Dentists In Poland do not sell air tickets or packages including flights. However, we assist our customers with finding flights and this is done via link on our website
Payment for dental treatments
Patients recommended by Dentists in Poland receive from the dentist in clinic in Poland dental treatment plans at an initial consultation, with all the costs and fees explained. Dental clinics cooperating with Dentists in Poland accept various payment methods. Dental bill can be paid in cash in Polish Zloty (PLZ), British Sterling (GBP) or Euro (EUR) currencies. If a patient uses GBP or EUR as a payment method, the clinics will convert it to PLZ using the exchange rate set by National Bank of Poland valid for a day of the treatment or when the bill is settled. Dental clinics also take all major debit and credit cards.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking for any of our packages, no deposit will be refunded.
Transfers of Bookings
You can not transfer your confirmed bookings to another person.
Your Responsibilities
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the relevant supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If, in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any supplier or any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we and/or the relevant supplier are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service. Neither we nor any supplier will have any further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and neither we nor any suppliers will pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
In order to take part in dental treatments you must be in sound health. You must also advise us prior to travel of any disability, medical or behavioural problems experienced by any member of your party (including yourself) which may affect that particular person or any other guests on the holiday. Please note that in some instances, a minimal tourism tax will be applicable and payable on arrival. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes if requested at your destination.
