Veneers are very often used in cosmetic dentistry for a smile makeover to achieve a famous ‘Hollywood smile’. A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain purposely made to fit over the visible surface of a front tooth in order to make it look better. They are made individually for each patient to match the size and shape of their tooth.

Veneers are mainly used to close gaps between teeth when orthodontic solutions are not suitable, in cases of discolouration, crooked teeth and other surface imperfections. They are also used to protect weak and vulnerable teeth.

Porcelain veneers are made in a laboratory by a dental technician after tooth impression has been taken.

The veneer placement is carried out in two stages:

Tooth preparation
Tooth preparation includes trimming off the surface of a tooth to accommodate the veneer. After that, the impressions are taken and colour of the teeth are matched. The impressions are sent to the laboratory where veneers will be fabricated.

Veneer fitting
At the second visit, earlier prepared veneers are glued to the tooth. Our dentists take extra care while doing it. Once the veneers are fitted, minor adjustments are carried out to make sure that veneers are placed to the highest standard.

If the oral hygiene is maintained after the treatment, porcelain veneers can easily last 10 years and more.

An alternative to a veneer is bonding which is performed using white material, similar to white fillings. Bonding works well in cases where tooth is strong enough to support the filling. However, there are more side effects to bonding than veneers. They tend to break down and discolour sooner.

Teeth Whitening is an easy and quick way to achieve a shinier and more attractive smile. Teeth whitening involves lightening the colour of the teeth to achieve a brighter look.

The most popular and effective way is to use plasma lamp to whiten your teeth. This procedure does not damage the original tooth structure. Dentists in Poland  clinics use The Beyond Lamp whitening system which is the most efficient and technically advanced way of brightening your smile. It leaves your teeth whiter, glossier and shinier in just an hour. Treatments are comfortable, safe and effective with average shade improvement being between 5 to 14 shades lighter.

We also offer other methods of teeth whitening ,such us tray whitening, which involves fabricating purpose made trays by our technician. These trays are then worn along with a special whitening liquid over the night for a period of at least 2 weeks.

Our dentists will  advise at your free consultation the best method to whiten your teeth
